Angela Liu
Angela Liu is a Grade 11 Full IB student who participates in SWC’s Model UN, Speech, and Slam Poetry team. Outside of school, she is a competitive dancer and serves as the Executive Graphic Designer and Canadian National Program Director at Medicine Encompassed, as well as a member of the Board of Directors. A self-proclaimed lover of the arts, Angela loves filmmaking, fashion and music.
Angela Qian
Hi! My name is Angela Qian and I am currently a grade 11 student at Sir Winston Churchill High School. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, baking, and listening to true crime podcasts. I also love travelling, and a fun fact about me is that I like to collect sand from all the places I have been, as well as sand that my friends bring back for me from their travels.
Cindy Ma
My Name is Cindy Ma, I'm sixteen years old and in grade eleven at Sir Winston Churchill High School. I have no siblings or pets, but I do have great friends who have helped dispel my boredom over the years. On top of full IB, I also learn piano, and participate in activities such as swimming, lifeguarding, debate, choir, and dance. My best subject is math, but I have an interest in biology! Although I'm not yet sure of my future career path, I think pathology (particularly foresic pathology), is my goal.
Derek Atabayev
Derek is currently a grade 11 student studying at Sir Winston Churchill High School. The subjects he most enjoys are Math and Sciences, particularly Chemistry. Outside of school, he enjoys playing basketball and listening to music. In the future, he wishes to pursue a career in physical therapy or biomedical sciences.
Donny Sun
Hi! I’m Donny and I’m in Grade 11 doing partial IB here at Churchill. I’m a pretty active person; I do karate and track. Some of my other interests are bio and music!

Hi my name is Indra, I’m a grade 11 student and in my spare time I like to read books and hang out with my dog!
My favourite class is Social and in the future I’m thinking of pursuing psychology as a career.

My name is Janice and I am a grade 12 student from SWC! I love playing music and volunteering. A little fun fact about me is that I used to have a pet bunny named Coco!
Kabir Johal
My name is Kabir and I am a full IB student in grade 11 at Churchill. I enjoy and follow all professional sports and am a huge flames fan. I spend most of my free time in COVID playing video games with my friends or continuing to practice Rubik's cube speedsolving.
I'm looking forward to sharing my high school experience so far with you guys!

Hi! My name is Katherine Zhao and I'm your moderation executive for today. I'm currently in grade 11 at Sir Winston Churchill High School. I like to listen to music (Kr&b, K Hip-Hop) and watch Anime in my free time. I also like frogs!(Weird right)
Manon Melkonyan
Hey! I’m Manon, currently a student in the I.B. diploma program attending Sir Winston Churchill High School. On my off time from school, I enjoy biking, playing saxophone, and dabbling in arts and crafts.
I’m also particularly passionate about the English language arts as well as the sciences and hope I will be able to give helpful insights to future high school students in these areas.
Matthew Komori
I play competitive volleyball and I love the outdoors. In the summer, I go camping, hiking, canoeing, and fishing with my family. Since the pandemic, my friends and I have been playing video games online.
I am currently looking to pursue a job in medicine or engineering.
Rachell Trung
Rachell is a grade 11 student at Sir Winston Churchill High School. Her favourite subjects in school are chemistry and biology. She's a partial IB student, in the courses Biology and English. In her free time, Rachell likes to spend her time hanging out with friends or playing video games. She also partakes in a lot of reading which ranges a wide variety of genres!
